Q—Should I fill out an application now?
A— If you are serious about renting one of our properties
the answer is YES. You can either fill it out and submit
it online or print it out and bring it with you to the
appointment when you view the house or condo.
Q—If we are serious about renting the property, what
next?
A—After viewing the property give us your applications
and a check (or cash) for one half of your deposit.
(This will hold the property for you.) We will then
check your references. After that we will setup and
appointment to sign the lease. The remaining one half
of your deposit is due at the signing.
Q—Will I get my deposit back?
I’ve heard that many landlords won’t give them back.
A— Deposits are held during the term of your lease and
returned within 30 days of the termination of your lease.
Since we screen our tenants carefully, the vast majority
of our tenants receive their entire deposits back. The
others usually have minor deductions such as cleaning,
unpaid water bill, a torn screen, etc.
